Bounded by Thunderbird Road to the north and Shea Boulevard to the south, stretching east from Tatum Boulevard to 104th Street is the Cactus Shea Corridor. This rectangular area of central Scottsdale rests between North Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale, and is home to several established neighborhoods.
With homes built primarily between 1970 and 2002, many of the Cactus Shea neighborhoods, such as Desert Trails and Sundown/Stone Ridge Manor for example, typically offer single-family homes on large lots, and are set back from the street with large front yards.
